By accessing or using the BotFlush CAPTCHA service ("Service"), operated by Cloudflush Networks, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
BotFlush provides a cloud-based CAPTCHA verification service that helps websites distinguish human visitors from automated bots. The Service includes a JavaScript widget, verification API, and management console.
You must register an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

Paid plans are billed on a pay-as-you-go basis. Payments are processed by Paddle (our Merchant of Record). By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's Terms.
A minimum balance is required for paid tiers. If your balance falls below the minimum, your account may be downgraded to the Free plan.
All content, trademarks, and technology of the Service are owned by Cloudflush Networks. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service as intended.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. Cloudflush Networks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
